All suggestions are recorded (rude or obscene suggestions can be ignored)

Suggestions are assessed and ranked to attend to most promising ones.

Feedback must
be given at all times to persons making suggestions.

Suggestions that are approved are promoted to an Idea Bank.

Ideas are allocated a manager,budget,implementation team and action plan until completion.
To target focused suggestions and ideas, a campaign should be registered to which each suggestion can be linked. It should have a start and end date. An incentive can be accompanying the campaign
An Adjusticator panel can be added to each campaign.
- All suggestions are recorded in the suggestions register.
- Each one is assessed and ranked.
- After assessment and approval, suggestions can then be promoted to the Idea Bank for implementation.
- Feedback is given on each suggestion and recorded in the Contact Monitor.
- If immediate action is required, an action is generated in the Actions Manager.
Each suggestion should be assessed and ranked. What must be considered is the :
- Implementation cost
- Practicality
- Impact ( prevention) on catastrophic hazards
- Fatal hazard protocols
- Unwanted events
- Cost Reduction
- Profit enhancements
- All persons making suggestions must be given feedback about the outcome.
- This feedback must be recorded and linked to the original suggestion.
Based on the ranking, approved suggestions are then promoted to the Idea bank.
Implementation is then planned, budget is provided , people are given responsibilities.
The Actions Manager is used to manage the day to day implementation of the idea.
